【摘要】:ThispartofISO10816establishesprovisionsforevaluatingtheseverityofin-situ,broad-bandvibrationmeasuredradial(i.e.transverse)totheshaftaxisonallmainbearinghousingsorpedestalsandintheaxialdirectiononthrustbearings.Theseareintermsof:?vibrationundernormalsteady-stateoperatingconditions;?vibrationduringother(non-steady-state)conditionswhentransientchangesaretakingplace,includingrunuporrundown,initialloadingandloadchanges;?changesinvibrationwhichcanoccurduringnormalsteady-stateoperation.ThispartofISO10816isapplicabletoland-basedsteamturbinesandgeneratorswithpoweroutputsgreaterthan50MWandanormaloperatingspeedof1500r/min,1800r/min,3000r/minor3600r/min.Itisalsoapplicabletosteamturbinesand/orgeneratorswhicharedirectlycoupledtoagasturbine(suchasforcombined-cycleapplications).Insuchcases,thecriteriaofthispartofISO10816applyonlytothesteamturbineandthegenerator(includingsynchronizingclutches).ISO7919-4andISO10816-4areapplicabletotheevaluationofthegasturbinevibration.TheevaluationcriteriainthispartofISO10816arenotapplicabletotheelectromagneticexcitedvibrationwithtwicelinefrequencyatthegeneratorstatorcoreandhousing.Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforjudgingtheseverityofvibration.Forlargesteamturbinesandgenerators,itisalsocommontojudgethevibrationbasedonmeasurementstakenontherotatingshafts.Forsuchvibrationmeasurementrequirements,seeISO7919-1andISO7919-2.
