【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminethetimetosustainedflamingandheatreleaseofmaterialsandcompositesexposedtoaprescribedheatfluxintheconecalorimeterapparatus.Quantitativeheatreleasemeasurementsprovideinformationthatcanbeusedtocomparewallcoveringsandconstructionsandforinputtofiremodels.Heatreleasemeasurementsprovideusefulinformationforproductdevelopmentbygivingaquantitativemeasureofspecificchangesinfireperformancecausedbycomponentandcompositemodifications.Heatreleasedataobtainedbythistestmethodwillbeinappropriateiftheproductwillnotspreadflameoveritssurfaceunderthefireexposureconditionsofinterest.Variationsinsubstrates,mountingmethods,andadhesivesusedtolaminatecompositeproductswillpotentiallyaffectthetestresponses.Thesevariablesmustbecontrolledduringanycomparativeexperiments.TestLimitations8212;Thetestdataareinvalidifanyofthefollowingoccur:5.6.1Explosivespalling,5.6.2Thespecimenswellssufficientlypriortoignitiontotouchthesparkplugorswellsuptotheplaneoftheheaterbaseduringcombustion,or5.6.3Thesurfacelaminaterollsorcurlswhenplacedundertheradiantheater.Thespecimensaresubjectedtooneormorespecificsetsoflaboratoryconditionsinthisprocedure.Ifdifferenttestconditionsaresubstitutedortheend-useconditionsarechanged,itisnotalwayspossiblebyorfromthistesttopredictchangesinthefire-test-responsecharacteristicsmeasured.Theresultsarethereforevalidonlyforthefiretestexposureconditionsdescribedinthisprocedure.1.1Thisfire-test-responsetestmethodcoversdeterminationoftheignitabilityandheatreleaserateofcompositesconsistingofawallcovering,asubstrate,andalllaminatingadhesives,coatings,andfinishes.Heatreleaseinformationcannotbeusedalonetoevaluatetheflammabilityofwallcoverings.Thedataareintendedtobeusedformodelingorwithotherdatatoevaluateamaterial.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesformeasurementofthetimetosustainedflaming,heatreleaserate,peakandtotalheatrelease,andeffectiveheatofcombustionataconstantradiantheatfluxof35kW/m2.Heatreleasedataatdifferentheatingfluxesarealsoobtainedbythistestmethod.Thespecimenisorientedhorizontally,andasparkignitionsourceisused.1.3Thefire-test-responsecharacteristicsaredeterminedusingtheapparatusandproceduresdescribedinTestMethodE1354.1.4Thetestsareconductedonbench-scalespecimenscombiningthecomponentsusedintheactualinstallation.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.SeeIEEE/ASTMSI-10.1.6Firetestingofproductsandmaterialsisinherentlyhazardous,andadequatesafeguardsforpersonnelandpropertyshallbeusedinconductingthesetests.Thistestmethodpotentiallyinvolveshazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.1.7Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.8Firetestingofproductsandmaterialsisinherentlyhazardous,andadequatesafeguardsforpersonnelandpropertyshallbeemployedinconductingthesetests.Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.SpecificinformationabouthazardisgiveninSection6.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafe......

【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardestablishesrequirementsforcertifyinganassessmentthatanAdalanguageprocessorconformstotherequirementsoftheAdalanguagestandard,ISO/IEC8652.Itplacesrequirementsontheorganizationthatperformstheassessment,theassessmentprocedures,andthetestsuiteusedintheassessment.Finally,itplacesrequirementsontheformforthecertificateofconformity.2ThisInternationalStandardconcernsonlytheassessmentofconformitytothelanguagerequirementsofISO/IEC8652.Itdoesnotconcerntheassessmentofanyothercharacteristicsofalanguageprocessororoftheconstructionprocessusedbythemanufacturerofthelanguageprocessor.NOTEInthesenseof[ISO/IECGuide23],theAdalanguagestandard,ISO/IEC8652,istoberegardedasastandardforaspecificpropertyratherthanacomprehensiveproductstandard.3ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtobeprimarilysuitableforusebyathirdpartyauthorityalthoughportionsofitmayalsobeappliedbyasupplier(firstparty)orbyauserorpurchaser(secondparty).4AnAdalanguageprocessormaybeclaimedtoconformtotherequirementsofISO/IEC8652regardlessoftheapplicationofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardprescribesthemethodforobtainingacertificationthatanAdalanguageprocessorconformstoISO/IEC8652.CustomersdesiringtoacquirealanguageprocessorcertifiedasconformingshouldexplicitlyrequirethatcertificationbycitingthisInternationalStandard.5Certificationshouldnotbeconstruedasguaranteeingthatthecertifiedproductisfreeofnon-conformitiesordefects;itonlycertifiesthatnoevidenceofnon-conformitywasfoundduringthecertificationprocess.
